  20. to burnish his lackluster re-election victory. Cuomo's
  21. percentage of 53.5%, they note, was more than the 53.2% garnered
  22. in 1950 by another three-term Governor and one-time presidential
  23. contender: Thomas E. Dewey. Wow.
